A little about me...

I started out in engineering and soon realised my passion lay not with the mechanics of the Spirit and DaVinci but with the colour correction tools.

Working in one of London’s top Post House with multiple facilities I had the opportunity to learn from some of London’s most sort after Colourists.  I began working with film using the Spirit and C-Reality and have moved with the industry into more data based work. I am now proficient on DaVinci, Nucoda Film Master, Edifis Finaliser and Pogle.

Despite having to leave an extensive client base and great colleagues behind in London I made the decision to move to NZ at the beginning of 2008 with my partner. Having never visited the country, I was hesitant at first but now I can honestly say it was one of the best lifestyle changes I have ever made.

In the UK my hobbies revolved around pubs and playstation, nothing wrong with that of course but living in a city of fair weather has opened up so many new doors. I’m now a keen fisherman, hiker and surfer. I manage to live well off our vege patch, collect eggs from our 3 chooks every morning and am never happier than when I'm kicking back in the hammock with a steak on the smoker sipping a cold pint of homebrew.
